  • Knowledge of NDT methods like ultrasonic testing
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and MDS

  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Strong attention to detail for surface inspection
  • Mentoring operators on bonding best practices
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  • Statistical process control (SPC) knowledge

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 4-6 years relevant experience
  • Associate's degree in relevant discipline preferred
  • Active DoD Clearance required to start
  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR)
  • 3 years experience with composite bonding or adhesive assembly
