The HYCO Lead Operator is accountable for the day-to-day DCS and Field Operation of the HYCO facility to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Steam Methane Reformer based hydrogen plants including CO2 removal, PSA, and membrane units.
The position involves leading shift operations, managing safety compliance, and maintaining strong communication with customers and engineering teams.

DCS Operation experience in SMR plants
Steam Methane Reformer plant operation
Safety work permits and LOTO procedures

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Minimum 5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR plants
10 years total experience in chemical process operations
Proficiency with Yokogawa Centum VP or Siemens PCS 7 platforms
