The Senior Manager – Landscape Nursery Operations is a key operational leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day nursery activities and supporting the strategic direction set by the Associate Director.
Lead and supervise daily nursery operations, including propagation, maintenance, and upgrading, quality management, pest and disease management, and seasonal planning.
Implement and monitor environmentally responsible practices to promote biodiversity, resource efficiency, and waste minimization within nursery operations.

Key Requirements
