Job Summary

  • The Payroll Transformation Operational Readiness Analyst supports the successful delivery of operational readiness activities within the Global Payroll Transformation organization.
  • This role works closely with Payroll Operations, HRTS, HR Service Enablement, the Change & Communications workstream, and Transformation project teams to ensure documentation accuracy, process alignment, and structured readiness tracking.
  • Key Objectives include ensuring payroll operations teams are fully prepared to operate effectively in the new environment and developing and maintaining high-quality current- and future-state process maps, transaction inventories, and SOP documentation.
