Job Summary
The Payroll Transformation Operational Readiness Analyst supports the successful delivery of operational readiness activities within the Global Payroll Transformation organization.
This role works closely with Payroll Operations, HRTS, HR Service Enablement, the Change & Communications workstream, and Transformation project teams to ensure documentation accuracy, process alignment, and structured readiness tracking.
Key Objectives include ensuring payroll operations teams are fully prepared to operate effectively in the new environment and developing and maintaining high-quality current- and future-state process maps, transaction inventories, and SOP documentation.
