Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing, and performing routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, and maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
