Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to recruit, hire, and retain the most qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants at Caswell Developmental Center.
This position is responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing an effective recruitment program, which includes contractual staff.
A Sign-on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
