Job Summary
Respond to patient/physician requests and monitor department supplies to assure continuity in patient care.
Perform Planar and SPECT Nuclear Medicine procedures utilizing single and dual detector Gamma cameras and properly position patients to obtain high quality images.
Competently performs venipuncture and placement of peripheral IV catheters for medication administration, accesses other vascular access devices, and follows correct procedures for handling radioactive materials.
