The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, documenting care accurately, and ensuring the comfort and dignity of all residents.
