Job Summary

  • This position is “On Call” (called for events, when needed) and supervises the “on call” F&B attendants, Bartenders and Concession Workers, ensuring that LEGENDS service standards meet client’s needs.
  • Responsibilities include assigning schedules, supervising and directing staff, overseeing F&B functions from origination to execution, computing department sales statistics, and ensuring proper set up of concessions and bars.
  • The role requires direct supervision of employees in the F&B Department, including Concessions, Kitchen, and Bars, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with LEGENDS' policies and applicable laws.
