This role partners with Business Process Owners to design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end processes as part of Haleon's Enterprise Transformation Programme enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
The successful candidate will lead discovery workshops, document 'to-be' processes, and drive decisions through governance forums to ensure benefits realisation across operating units.

BPMN process mapping and modeling capability
Global complex environment governance experience
Stakeholder management and decision driving

ACA CA ACCA CIMA CPA MBA qualification
Process mining and RPA knowledge

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
12+ years proven experience in business process improvement
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA)
