Must-have
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry
7+ years R&D experience in qPCR
Hands-on PCR probe-based and multiplex formats
Experience with Thermo Fisher qPCR platforms
Leadership of assay development projects
Knowledge of ISO GLP CLIA regulatory requirements
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with NGS workflows
Emerging nucleic acid detection technologies
Track record of scientific publications
Patent contributions in molecular assay development
Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE)
Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology with 7+ years experience
M.S. with 10+ years R&D experience in qPCR
Proven success leading assay development from concept to production
Experience working under quality and regulatory environments
