Job Summary

  • As Visa’s senior representative in Cameroon, the Director, BD will lead the country’s strategic agenda, deepen client and regulatory engagement and oversee Visa’s operations and performance across the country.
  • This role plays a pivotal part in advancing Country’s Vision 2030 digital payments agenda, steering market-level P&L performance and strengthening Visa’s presence amid the Country’s expanding role as a regional hub for digital transformation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, leadership excellence, and customer obsession, engaging with colleagues across Visa, endeavoring to provide guidance and support with complex negotiations and ensure the business is appropriately involved and informed about client matters, delivering solutions as one team.
