To provide qualitative service in managing survey, reports, notification, feedback and correspondence received from Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, PIAM, MTA, FMOS and other regulatory and government agencies.
To build and maintain a good working relationship with the officers of Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, PIAM, MTA and FMOS.
Organising, preparing and managing all the logistics for any regulators’ visits to any AIA Entity in Malaysia.
