Job Summary

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service both before and throughout their stay, crafting a seamless and memorable experience at every stage of their visit.
  • Create advance pre arrival report, so the guest experience manager can send first contacts and introduce the team.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills including Opera systems, MS Office, Key, Book for Time, Hotsos, and Teams
  • Legal work authorization in the United States
