Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
