Job Summary

  • Lead and manage all recurring team operational aspects including governance standards, budget management, contract management, workload management, knowledge management, and vendor and tools management.
  • Create or optimize operational standards and engagement models within the team and with partners, including developing and managing an effective engagement model with several research program managers.
  • Manage the Brand Insights team’s primary research tools, third-party data tools, and syndicated resource access, usage and capabilities, identifying new tools or services to meet evolving needs.
