Key Requirements

  • 5 years of IT development and database administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud services
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence Data Marts and Data Warehousing
  • Advanced experience working with developers to build ETLs
  • Advanced knowledge of database logging tools
  • Working knowledge of BI reporting platforms
  • Advanced knowledge in administering MS SQL Server and Cloud environments
  • Working knowledge in administering MS Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Working knowledge of security, authorization, and authentication in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and Azure cloud backup and recovery
  • Basic knowledge of networking and firewall concepts
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Basic knowledge of SAN/NAS Storage management
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization technology
  • Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server high availability technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of RDBMS management tools
  • Working knowledge of developing on a SQL Server platform using Transact SQL (T-SQL)
  • Working knowledge of database modeling, data conversion, and ETL tools
  • Basic knowledge of Administrative Scripting
