Key Requirements

  • Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy license
  • Two years experience for Level II
  • Three years hospital or retail experience for Level III
  • Four years experience or Bachelor's degree for Level IV
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) for Levels II-IV
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
