The role requires deep data engineering capability to independently make architectural decisions on schema, ingestion patterns, and pipeline architecture for over 100,000 employees.
Engineers will ensure data pipelines support statutory requirements including EU Pay Transparency Directive, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting, and ESG/CSRD obligations.
