Key Requirements

• 2-year post-high school diploma/certificate in electro-mechanical technology and 3 years related experience OR high school diploma and 7 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Advanced knowledge of VFD functions, operations, and programming
• Experience with Pressure Sensitive Labeling Machines or Converting Equipment for Shrink Sleeve Labels and Flexible Packaging preferred
• HMI programming knowledge of GE Proficy, Exor, and Allen Bradley desired
• Motion control experience with Allen Bradley and Control Techniques/SyPT desired
• Proficiency in interpreting and troubleshooting pneumatic and electrical schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring and complete I/O checks
