Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • Experience managing engineering lab safety protocols
  • Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA industrial regulations
  • Proficiency with SAP, SRM, and Vallen systems
  • Ability to oversee audit preparation and corrective actions

Nice-to-have

  • Strong mechanical or electrical/electronic skills
  • Experience with NISPOM and JAFAN regulations
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships
  • Familiarity with Foreign Object Elimination programs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office tool proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in engineering lab environment
  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must possess active transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is strictly required prior to start date
