The ERP Program Manager will lead the enterprise-wide ERP program for HDCM, serving as the single point of accountability for program delivery.
This role is responsible for defining and enforcing ERP standards, governance, and deployment methodology, ensuring successful execution of ERP rollouts, data migration, training, and adoption support.
The ERP Program Manager will also act as an internal ERP consultant embedded within the business to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence.
