. Tender & Bid Management Manage the full bid lifecycle from tender invitation to submission, including clarifications and post-submission follow-ups. Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements to identify scope, risks, and compliance items. Prepare and manage tender schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. 2. Proposal & Documentation Preparation Coordinate and compile technical, commercial, and administrative documents for tenders. Draft and structure proposal narratives, method statements, manpower deployment plans, and compliance matrices. Ensure all submissions meet client formats, authority requirements, and internal approval protocols. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with Operations, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to gather inputs such as: Manpower and deployment plans Costing and pricing breakdowns Safety, quality, and operational methodologies, etc Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs. 4. Pricing & Costing Support Assist in preparing cost models and pricing summaries based on operational requirements. Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure pricing accuracy and commercial viability. Support management in scenario analysis and pricing adjustments during tender negotiations. 5. Compliance & Risk Control Ensure all bids comply with tender conditions, contractual clauses, and statutory requirements. Highlight contractual, operational, or commercial risks for management review. Maintain proper version control and audit trails for all tender documents. 6. Systems & Records Management Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, quotations, and supporting documents. 7. Post-Tender & Award Support Assist with tender interviews, presentations, and clarifications. Support handover to Operations upon award, ensuring scope, pricing, and obligations are clearly communicated. Participate in post-tender reviews to improve future bid quality and success rates.
