This role is responsible for building the Gender thematic area within Pan-African Programs by setting strategic direction and engaging partners throughout program design and implementation.
The incumbent will provide oversight on Gender programs during various lifecycle stages while championing the integration of gender considerations across the Foundation's portfolio.
The position requires leading a global team to advance thought leadership externally and ensuring effective delivery of safeguarding measures across the organization.
