  • The two-year Audit Leadership Accelerator Program (ALA) prepares professionals for management roles through rotations in five audit areas.
  • Participants learn about our business, assess risks, evaluate controls, and identify improvements to support growth and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • at least three years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory, consulting, or auditing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar certification preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.
