Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Daily reconciliation of nostro and GL accounts
  • Investigation of outstanding break results
  • Preparation of Key Risk Indicators for reporting
  • Support for month-end close activities
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with FIS Intellimatch products
  • Familiarity with SWIFT and ACH payment flows
  • Understanding of securities trade lifecycles
  • Knowledge of CHIPS, CLS, Fed, DTCC utilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset in controls
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation activities
  • Experience with operational control environments preferred
