Develop and implement the indirect sales strategy in the region and aligned with European Local /Global strategy.
Lead the sales team to achieve the yearly targets and to exceed the volumes as possible.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to monitor and analyze market trends and competitive issues within the indirect channel in the regions.
