Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, responsible for ensuring resident safety and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Assists the DON in the design, implementation and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.

Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
3-5 years nurse management experience
Long term care facility experience preferred
Good standing with State Board of Nursing
Maintain all required continuing education/licensing
