Key Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Professional training through culinary education or fine dining experience
Two (2) to three (3) years in high-end club or restaurant
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
CA Food Handlers Certification
CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
