Job Summary

• Provide Technical Leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing Maintenance Costs and lead the implementation of all Predictive maintenance strategies.
• Oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
• Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
