Job Summary

  • Responsible to lead the field operations of Casualty Specialty Markets, with Environmental Zonal Managers and the Head of SEMM and Trucking reporting into this role.
  • Drive the development of growth and profitability strategies, responsible for the achievement of financial targets for revenue, profit and growth, including GWP, GAAP Underwriting Profit, and GOE and PTOI targets.
  • Develop tools and strategies, in collaboration with HR, to attract and retain top industry talent and develop high performing teams, responsible for leading a team of underwriting professionals.
