Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in cold rooms or freezing chambers
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food, Refrigeration, or related fields
Knowledge of cold chain, freezing processes, and perishable product conservation
Experience in inventory management (FIFO, traceability, product rotation)
Knowledge of sanitary regulations, GMP, and industrial safety
Basic knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment
Experience with registration systems or ERP for stock control
Availability for rotating shifts and working under pressure
