Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years of investment experience
Manage business P&L and financial targets
Deep knowledge of Capital Markets products
Experience in discretionary asset management
Strong regulatory compliance and risk management
Nice-to-have
CFA or MBA advanced degree preferred
Ability to influence global organization partners
Track record in recruiting and retaining talent
Strategic vision for client segmentation
Proven success in complex business cycles
Key Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience
S7, S66 (or 63) & S3 securities licenses
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Demonstrable track record in managing sales functions
