Elastic is seeking a Senior Go Engineer for their Observability Intake Services Team to develop backend components that enhance the Elastic Observability solution. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Go programming, particularly in observability and high-performance services
Job Summary
Design and implement new features for Observability intake services in Go, maintaining and improving existing code with automated test coverage.
Build a strong backend solution for the OpenTelemetry data flow, designing data formats for optimized storage and query performance in Elasticsearch.
Participate in an on-call rotation, build SLIs and SLOs, and proactively contribute to team conversations and a positive team culture.
