Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
5 years of experience leading QA teams or test initiatives
Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile delivery environments
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience supporting a QA Center of Excellence or Community of Practice preferred
