  • This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with it's Social Club service at Elderwise Social Club in Scone NSW.

Salary

Base: Market leading remuneration; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Salary packaging; $15,900 annually for living expenses, plus up to $2,650 each year for entertainment benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Aged Care or other relevant qualification
  • Experience in Community Aged Care management
  • Experience running a CHSP Social Club
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
  • A current driver’s licence and safe driving record
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
