Job Summary

  • The role involves driving testing transformation aligned with the GTO organization's strategy while reporting to the Head of Test Centre of Excellence.
  • Candidates will be accountable for delivering Non-Functional testing services including Performance Testing, FMEA, and Chaos Engineering across Retail, Payments, and Wholesale Banking suites.
  • The position requires managing day-to-day delivery by appointed vendors and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and processes.

  • Experience with HTTP/HTTPS and web services protocols

Nice-to-have

  • Agile and Hybrid Agile environment experience

  • Cloud-like environment performance trade-offs knowledge
  • Global team management experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering
  • Minimum 20 years relevant experience in large organizations
  • Proven experience in Banking and Finance sector
  • Hands-on expertise with Opentext LoadRunner and Performance Center
  • Proficiency in APM tools like Splunk, Grafana, and BMC
