The Laboratory Animal Management Association is seeking an Associate Specialist for Learning & Development, responsible for coordinating training logistics and supporting continuous improvement within the organization. Job Summary

  • The Associate Specialist supports the Site Learning & Development team by executing tactical day-to-day L&D activities including supporting continuous improvement projects, administrative duties, and planning and managing logistics of the learning activities at the site.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating training events, acting as a System Champion for business processes, maintaining compliance, and running reports from the LMS.
  • The role offers a salary range of $65,100.00 - $102,500.00, eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
