Workday is seeking a Renewals Manager for Specialized Products in Warsaw, Poland, to oversee the renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of accounts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively while minimizing customer churn

Job Summary

  • Execute the end-to-end renewal process for a designated high-volume portfolio of specialized product accounts globally, ensuring on-time closure and minimizing financial attrition.
  • Conduct negotiations on standard renewal facets to maximize contract value while maintaining positive customer relationships, in close partnership with Deal Operations, Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  • Serve as a primary owner working with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Deal Operations to resolve commercial roadblocks and ensure seamless deal flow.

  • Experience with objection handling and commercial negotiations
