This is a hybrid role combining clinical practice with strategic administrative responsibilities, with the clinical component focusing on direct patient care and comprehensive health management.
The administrative component focuses on building and establishing the new integrative primary care service line, including developing clinical protocols and a sustainable financial model.

Key Requirements
MD, DO, or equivalent degree
License/license-eligible in Ohio
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
Certification in Functional Medicine (IFMCP) or eligibility
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience
Qualify for assistant or associate professor level
