Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years software engineering experience
3+ years Android mastery with Kotlin
4+ Android projects from ideation to deployment
Experience in Ad Tech or rich-media mobile
System design for fault-tolerant client-side systems
Nice-to-have
Experience leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
Fluency with BigQuery, HEX, Firebase for experimentation
Openness to work across the full stack
Entrepreneurial spirit and bias towards action
Strong mentorship and communication skills
Key Requirements
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 8 years of total software engineering experience
Minimum 3 years of deep expertise in Kotlin and Android architecture
