Job Summary
Packaging plays a central role in our product and brand experience and the R&D team works closely with the Business Group global brand teams and Business Unit marketing teams to design and deploy the most consumer engaging, efficient and sustainable brand experience.
This role is based in packaging function within the Business Group R&D team with primary responsibility for supporting the delivery of Packaging activities within innovation and renovation projects for the Oral Care brands for global markets.
The candidate will lead and support all packaging aspects of global innovation and renovation projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure packaging compliance with domestic and international quality standards.

Key Requirements
5 to 8 years packaging development experience
Bachelor's degree in Package Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of package engineering and design intersection
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical teams
