Job Summary
As a Staff Engineer in our Growth organization, you will be a technical leader within a team and a strong contributor to the engineering organization, building both back-end and front-end systems.
The Self-Serve team owns the end-to-end, no-touch customer journey – from discovering Intercom, to signing up, onboarding, trialling, and upgrading – entirely through the product, without ever talking to Sales.
