Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in applied science or engineering field desired
  • At least 60 hours of technical education
  • Enrolled in an Engineering Program
  • 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in IHP motor design and process desired
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
