Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in materials management or planning
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Ability to execute strategic material initiatives
Nice-to-have
SAP operating system proficiency
Power BI and Oracle Data Management skills
CPIM certification or willingness to earn
Aerospace industry background
Continuous improvement methodology knowledge
