Job Summary

  • The Area Senior Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the sales function for an Area to effectively execute sales strategies that will maximize sales volume, and drive targeted profitable growth.
  • The Area Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for supervising, coaching and help guide the strategic growth of Sales Managers by helping them to set goals to acquire new and grow existing accounts.
