Job Summary
You will manage, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the Maintenance department at our Seclin production site, leading a team of about twenty people.
Your main missions will include managing the entire maintenance team, coordinating preventive and curative maintenance activities, and collaborating with other departments to propose and implement improvements.
You are responsible for the Group's Quality standards related to maintenance, participate in European meetings, and manage the maintenance budget.
