Job Summary
PATH is seeking an experienced Technical & Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to strengthen routine data pipelines for the Rotary Healthy Communities Challenge in Mozambique.
The role involves collecting routine data, conducting data quality assessments, and facilitating district-level review meetings to support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates must be based in Tete and willing to travel approximately 50% of the time to project districts in Dôa, Chifunde, Mutarara, and Manica.

Must-have
Advanced university degree in public health or related field
Minimum three years experience in disease surveillance or M&E
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Access
Strong quantitative data management and analysis skills
Experience with statistical software packages such as Stata or R
Nice-to-have
Experience with DHIS2 digital health system
Experience with upSCALE or CommCare mobile tools
Experience with Power BI or Apache Superset visualization
Willingness to travel 50% of the time to project districts
Key Requirements
Advanced university degree in public health, epidemiology, or statistics
Minimum 3 years experience in M&E, digital health, or community case management
Proficiency in Stata or R for statistical analysis
