Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Industrial air compressor maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Compliance with safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Use of personal hand tools
Work in shop and field environments
Nice-to-have
Experience with reciprocating, centrifugal, or rotary screw compressors
HVAC or refrigeration experience
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industries
Knowledge of vibration monitoring and lubrication practices
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and in teams
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years experience with industrial air compressors or rotating equipment
Technical certification or trade school preferred
Must provide own personal hand tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call
