Job Summary

  • Lead and participate in the redesign and communication of new compensation infrastructure, including career ladders, job leveling, and base salary structure.
  • Manage compensation survey participation, monitor benchmark data, and recommend changes to maintain competitive market position and internal equity.
  • Support annual compensation and bonus planning, facilitate compensation trainings, and work closely with HR Operations and Compliance to create scalable, efficient, and compliant processes.
