Job Summary
Lead and participate in the redesign and communication of new compensation infrastructure, including career ladders, job leveling, and base salary structure.
Manage compensation survey participation, monitor benchmark data, and recommend changes to maintain competitive market position and internal equity.
Support annual compensation and bonus planning, facilitate compensation trainings, and work closely with HR Operations and Compliance to create scalable, efficient, and compliant processes.
